Online Ordering
1. I want to return my purchase! What do I do? If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it (less freight) within 1 month of purchase. (Returns must be in original condition and in the state you received them and in the original box.). We will happily issue a store credit or swap it for something else. We will give a full cash refund in the case of faulty goods or your size being unavailable.
When returning goods please make sure there is a note with your contact details and what you'd like us to do even if you have spoken to one of our staff.

2. How long will it be before I receive my order? 99.5% of all order received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. North Island orders use an over night courier service and South Island orders use a two day service. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.
International orders usually take 3-10 working days.
3. What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and plus Direct Credit and Cheque Paymensts for all orders. To make a Direct Debit or Cheque order please contact us at orders@wildblue.co.nz
4. Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand? Yes. Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days.
5. Do you ship to PO Box addresses? No.
6. What do you charge for standard shipping an order? The cost of standard shipping is NZ$10.00 for order with a total value of NZ$100 or less, order over a total value or NZ$100 will have a freight charge or NZ$14.00. Orders within Auckland are free.
International freight is sent via New Zealand Post and prices vary. Click here for a quote.
7. Do you do back orders? Wild Blue does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
8. Do you have a catalog? Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.
